ZONBONG LANDSCAPE Environmental Limited offeredan aggregate of 68,750,000 Shares under the Global Offering.A total of 24,174 validapplications have been received for a total of 249,268,000 Hong Kong Offer Shares, representing approximately 36.25 times of the total number of 6,876,000 Hong Kong Offer Shares initially available for subscription under the Hong Kong Public Offering. Thenumber of International Placing Shares subscribed represented approximately 1.01 times of the total number of 61,874,000 International Placing Shares initially available for subscription under the International Placing. The Offer Price has been determinedat HKD2.00 per Offer Share (excluding brokerage of 1%, the SFC transaction levy of 0.0027% and the Stock Exchange trading fee of 0.005%). Based on the Offer Price of HKD2.00 per Offer Share, the net proceeds from the Global Offering to be received by the Company, after deducting the underwriting fees and commissions and other estimated expenses payable by the Company in relation to the Global Offering, are estimated to be approximately HKD54. 7 million.

Founded in 2008, the Group is an established serviceprovider for landscaping and ecological restoration projects in the Three Northeast Provinces of the PRC. The Group’s footprints have covered 13 provincial level regions encompassing, among others, Jilin, Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang. According to the CIC Report, the Group ranked first among companies in

the ecological restoration industry and second among companies in the landscaping industry in the Three Northeast Provinces, with market shares of approximately 6.7% and 1.3%, respectively, in terms of revenue generated from projects located in the Three Northeast Provinces in 2019. The Group’s market shares in the landscaping and ecological restoration industries in the PRC were approximately 0.08% and 0.58%, respectively, in terms of revenue generated in 2019. The Group distinguishes itself from its competitors as a one stop service provider with qualifications to provide both design and construction services. According to the CIC Report, as at 13 December 2020, the Group was one of thesix companies registered in the Three Northeast Provinces that simultaneously held the First Grade Landscape Engineering Design Specialty Qualification Certificate (風景園林工程設計專項甲級資質) and the qualifications for conductingconstruction activities.
